We have all seen and heard the conversations about the need to change fire service culture, connect and/or correct generational differences and improve leadership. Fire Service MENTOR is engaging the fire service in dialogue that defines mentorship while driving home the message that:
- substantial change happens on a personal level within one’s circle of control and influence
- the change that one is looking for within their crew, station, organization or situation must already be within themselves
