​Who are Fire Service MENTORS?

Fire Service MENTORS are action-oriented and purpose-driven individuals, determined on building and maintaining strong relationships.  They are fueled by passion, defined by strong values, set clear expectations and hold themselves and others accountable. They are leaders that not only model but also encourage others through their own example of doing things right as well as admitting and sharing those things done wrong.  They are those who persevere through adversity and accept the challenge to adopt a mindset that the change they are looking for within their crew, station, organization or situation must already be within themselves.
